Production Associate $18-21/HR + Full Benefits
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a factory setting and possess knowledge of power tools and mechanical processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble components on the production line according to specifications
Operate power tools and hand tools to fabricate parts
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Assist with inventory management and quality control checks
Utilize forklifts for material handling tasks
Key Qualifications:
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication
- Works well under pressure
- Able to read/understand measurements
- Works well as part of a team as well as solo
- Reliable attendance
- Able to meet the physical demand, bending, lifting, standing
Physical Requirements:
- Talking, standing, walking, sitting, crouching, crawling, kneeling, and/or climbing stairs. Reaching with hands and arms, pushing or pulling, using hands to feel or handle objects, tools or controls.
- Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate tools, various pieces of equipment.
- Some exposure to noise, and dust.
- May frequently lift and/or move items between 10 and 50 pounds.

Benefits package for a SINGLE PERSON: (Equivalent to $5.28/hour)
- Health and Dental: $6,630.72 annually
- ST/LT Disability: $610.08 annually
- Retirement: A person making $18 per hour would receive $3,744 (10% approximately)
Benefits package for a FAMILY: (Equivalent to $11.21/hour)
- Health and Dental: $18,956.04 annually
- ST/LT Disability: $610.08 annually
- Retirement: A person making $18 per hour would receive $3,744 (10% approximately)
